Das Schiebefenster A, Fig. 1, 2 und 3, läuft in Führungen B B, Fig. 2 und 3 T in welch letztere die Zahnstangen C C, Fig. 1, 2 und 3, versenkt eingelegt sind. In die Zahnlücken dieser Zahnstangen fassen die beiden im oberen Rahmenstück des Fensters horizontal verschiebbaren Riegel DD, Fig. 1, die durch Schraubenfedern E E gegen die Zahnstangen angedrückt werden. Ein Winkelhebel F, der um den festen Drehpunkt G drehbar ist und auf dem ein nach vorn vorstehender Handgriff, Knopf oder Ring H sitzt, zieht beim Herunterdrücken des Handgriffes H beide Riegel D · in den Fensterrahmen zurück, den linken direct und den rechten durch Vermittelung des Winkelhebels J. Da jede Person, um das Fenster tiefer zu stellen, naturgemäfs den Handgriff if senkrecht herunterdrückt, so wird durch diese eine Bewegung erstens die Haltevorrichtung ausgelöst und zweitens das Fenster abwärts bewegt.
