Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Klemmleiste mit mehreren Schneidsteckverbinderelementen zum lötfreien Anschluß von Leitungen, für die Nachrichten-, insbesondere Fernsprechtechnik, bei der die Schneidsteckverbinderelemente in Schlitzen in einem einstückig aus Kunststoff ausgebildeten Leistenkörper angeordnet sind und nach dem Eindrücken in die Schlitze mit an ihnen angebrachten Vorsprüngen durch Kanten des Leistenkörpers gehalten werden. Die bisher bekannten Klemmleisten bestehen aus zwei Kunststoffteilen. Die Klemmen mußten in das eine dieser Teile eingelegt werden, dann mußte das andere Teil aufgesetzt und dann die Kunststoffteile miteinander verschweißt werden. Es ist bereits eine Anordnung bekannt (US-PS 35 94 717), bei der in einem Kunststoffkörper Schneidsteckverbinderelemente angebracht sind. Bei dieser Anordnung ist der Kunststoffkörper in seiner Längsrichtung mit einem Schlitz versehen und in diesen ist ein Schneidsteckverbinderelement eingesteckt. Dieses besitzt einen Seitenansatz mit einem abgewinkelten Lappen. Nach dem Einstecken in den Schlitz wird ein vorstehender Rand durch Stauchen des Kunststoffkörpers so geformt, daß das Schneidsteckverbinderelement in seine Lage gehalten wird. Die Befestigung des Schneidsteckverbinderelementes ist bei dieser Ausbildung einseitig und unsicher, es besteht keine Festlegung in Längsrichtung und die Befestigung durch den angestauchten Rand wird durch Einstecken eines Kabelschuhes noch zusätzlich belastet. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klemmleiste der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß die Fertigung und Montage in einfacher Art, auch insbesondere automatisch und in beliebiger Länge erfolgen kann, und die Schneidsteckverbinderelemente sicher gehalten werden. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Leistenkörper an seinen beiden Längsseiten abgewinkelte, parallel verlaufende, federnde und mit Aussparungen versehene Wangen trägt und die Schneidsteckverbinderelemente an beiden Seiten derart mit Vorsprüngen versehen sind, daß nach dem Eindrücken der Schneidsteckverbinderelemente in die senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Leistenkörpers angebrachten schlitzförmigen Öffnungen die Schneidsteckverbinderelemente mit ihren Vorsprüngen in die Aussparungen der Wangen einrasten. Die in den Fig. 1 bis 4 gezeigte Klemmleiste besitzt einen Leistenkörper 1, der einstückig ausgebildet ist. An seinen beiden Längsseiten sind mit angespritzt zwei abgewinkelte, parallel verlaufende federnde Wangen 2 und 3. In diesen Wangen sind bis unten reichende Aussparungen 4 und 5 angebracht.
