Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spikefuß insbesondere für Gehhilfen (Unterarmstützen).The invention relates to a spike foot, in particular for walking aids (forearm supports).

Bei den bekannten Spikefüßen dieser Art besteht der Nachteil, daß die Spikefüße als Zusatzelemente mit der bestehenden Saugkapsel der Gehhilfe/Unterarmstütze kombiniert werden müssen. Das sichere Anbringen der Spikefüße, die überwiegend als Spikekappen oder als Klappmechanismus ausgebildet sind, bereitet dem ungeübten Anwender Schwierigkeiten und ist relativ zeitaufwendig. Spikekappen bergen zudem das Risiko des Verlustes. Die üblichen Klappmechanismen werden seitlich am unteren Teil der Gehhilfe angebracht und bergen im nicht ausgeklappten Zustand seitlich an der Gehhilfe anliegend ein erhöhtes Verletzungsrisiko. Andere handelsübliche Spikefüße werden über eine Hebelmechanik durch die Saugkappe gedrückt, die einen hohen Kraftaufwand zum Ausklappen erfordert. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Spikefuß der genannten Art so auszubilden, daß eine einfache, kraftsparende Spikeausstellung bzw. Spikerückholung in die Saugkappe erfolgen kann. Dabei soll die Saugkappe so ausgebildet sein, daß sie je nach Einstellung sowohl sommer- (mit eingezogenen Spikes) als auch wintertauglich (mit ausgefahrenen Spikes) ist. Eine aufwendige Montage von Zusatzelementen entfällt ebenso, wie ein Verletzungsrisiko bei Nichtbenutzung der Spikes, da diese so ausgebildet sein sollen, daß sie im Falle des Nichtgebrauchs verdeckt sind. Zusätzlich soll der Spikefuß so ausgebildet sein, daß durch einen Indikator erkannt werden kann, ob die Spikes hervorstehen oder verdeckt sind.The aim of the invention is to design a spike foot of the type mentioned in such a way that a simple, effortless spike extension or spike retrieval in the suction cap can be carried out. Der Spikefuß ist so aufgebaut, daß er die bekannte Saugkapsel in einer neuen technischen Form mit den Spikes und einem Ausstell- bzw. Rückholmechanismus verbindet. Zusätzlich ist es nach der Erfindung möglich, daß dem Anwender der jeweilige Zustand des Spikefußes ("aktiv - inaktiv") über einen optischen Indikator am oberen Rand des Spikefußes, gut einsehbar, angezeigt wird. Dieser untere Fußteil ist so ausgebildet, daß der Schaft, in den das Rohr der Gehhilfe eingepreßt ist, ein Gewinde aufweist. Auf diesem Gewinde läuft der obere Teil des Spikefußes, so daß er sich je nach Drehrichtung auf- und abbewegen kann. Diese Höhendifferenz wird genutzt, um die Spikes aus- bzw. einzufahren. Der obere Teil des Spikefußes, der sich auf dem Gewinde des unteren Teils des Spikefußes auf- und abbewegen kann, besitzt eine Nutführung an der Innenseite seiner Unterkante. In diese Nutführung wird ein Sprengring eingesetzt, der mit mehreren Spikenägeln besetzt ist, die nach unten gerichtet sind. Bei Verdrehen des oberen Teil des Spikefußes laufen die Spikes auf dem Sprengring nicht mit, da sie in der Nut des oberen Spikefußteils frei geführt sind. Der untere Spikefußteil ist so ausgebildet, daß er genauso viele Durchbrechungen aufweist, wie Spikenägel auf dem Sprengring befindlich sind. Bewegt der Anwender den oberen Teil des Spikefußes durch Verdrehung auf dem Gewinde des unteren Teils des Spikefußes auf bzw. ab, so wird der in der Nut des oberen Spikefußteils befindliche Sprengring mit seinen Spikenägeln nach oben gezogen bzw. nach unten gedrückt, wobei die Spikenägel in der Folge in den Spikefuß eingezogen bzw. durch den Spikefuß durchgedrückt werden. Der untere Teil des Spikefußes ist fest mit dem Rohrende der Gehhilfe verbunden, wobei der obere Teil des Spikefußes durch Verdrehen und damit verbundenes Auf- und Abbewegen einen Teilbereich des Rohres verdeckt bzw. wieder sichtbar werden läßt (bei Abwärtsbewegung). Dieser Abschnitt des Gehhilfenrohres ist so ausgebildet, daß er farblich markiert ist. Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Markierung könnte so ausgeführt sein, daß der untere Spikefußteil über den Gewindeteilbereich hinaus verlängert ist und dort farblich markiert ist, so daß bei abwärts bewegten Spikes diese Markierung oberhalb des oberen Spikefußteils zu sehen ist. Das bedeutet, daß diese farbliche Markierung bei Abwärtsbewegung, d.h. ausgefahrenen Spikes, bei den Ausführungsvarianten sichtbar wird und so den "aktiven" Zustand anzeigt.essentially consists of two basic elements that belong together and form a functional unit. Claims

1. Spike foot 1 , in particular for walking aids, characterized by a lower spike foot part 2 which can be plugged onto the walking aid tube and which has openings 4 through which spike nails are guided on a snap ring 7 , the snap ring 7 being guided in a groove guide 6 in the upper part of the spike foot 3 , which can be moved up and down with its internal thread 8 on the external thread 5 of the lower spike foot part 2 and thus forms a functional unit, the setting state of which is indicated by a marking 9 .

Spike foot 1 according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the spike foot 2 has vertical openings 4 , the number of which corresponds to the spike nails on the snap ring 7 , and which is designed such that the shaft for receiving the walking aid tube is provided with an external thread 5 , on which the internal thread 8 of the upper spike foot part 3 runs in a fitting manner.
