Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenbelag mit Korkplatten.The invention relates to a floor covering with cork panels.

Solche Bodenbeläge sind bekannt. Um die Korkplatten auf einem Untergrund zu verlegen, ist es jedoch nötig, daß der Untergrund planeben ist. Dies wird beispielsweise dadurch bewerkstelligt, daß bei einem Untergrund aus Fließen diese erst überspachtelt werden. Bei einem alten Holzboden als Untergrund muß dieser erst geschliffen werden oder eine Spanplattenunterkonstruktion über dem unebenen Untergrund eingezogen werden. Dies ist nötig, da im anderen Fall, bei einem direkten vollflächigen Aufkleben der Korkplatten auf den unebenen Untergrund, die Korkplatten diese Unebenheiten in einem so starken Maß annehmen, daß selbst kleinste Unebenheiten deutlich zu erkennen sind. Der Bodenbelag kann dann in einer neuen Wohnung wiederverwendet werden. Auf einem Untergrund 4 liegt schwimmend, ohne mit dem Untergrund 4 verklebt zu sein, ein Bodenbelag. Der Bodenbelag setzt sich zusammen aus einer Kunststoff-Folie, bevorzugt einer PVC-Folie 1, aus Korkplatten 2, die auf die PVC-Folie 1 aufgeklebt sind, und vorzugsweise einer auf die Korkplatten 2 aufgebrachten Versiegelungsschicht 3. Die Versiegelungsschicht 3 schützt die Korkplatten beim Betreten gegen Verschmutzung. Dies führt zu einer längeren Lebensdauer der Korkplatten 2. Als PVC-Folie 1, Korkplatten 2 und Versiegelungsschicht 3 werden handelsübliche Waren verwendet. Durch den schwimmend verlegten Bodenbelag ist es möglich, daß Unebenheiten des Untergrunds 4 ausgeglichen werden, so daß der Bodenbelag an seiner Oberfläche eben ist. Die PVC-Folie 1 weist einen ersten Bereich 1a auf, auf den die Korkplatten 2 aufgeklebt sind und der auf dem Untergrund 4 aufliegt, außerdem einen zweiten Bereich 1b, der senkrecht zum ersten Bereich 1 a abgewinkelt ist und zwischen der seitlichen Begrenzung der Korkplatten 2 und einer Wand 5 über die Versiegelungsschicht 3 des Bodenbelags heraussteht. Der zweite Bereich 1b der PVC-Folie 1 läuft dabei um den gesamten Bodenbelag herum (nicht gezeigt), so daß eine Art Wanne von der PVC-Folie 1 gebildet wird. Diese dient als Dampf- und Feuchtigkeitssperre zwischen den Korkplatten 2 und dem Untergrund 4. Damit wird verhindert, daß Feuchtigkeit, die auf den Bodenbelag gelangt ist und bis zur PVC-Folie 1 vorgedrungen ist, bis zum Untergrund vordringen kann. Dies ist besonders wichtig, wenn es sich bei dem Untergrund um einen Holzboden handelt, da dieser durch die Feuchtigkeit zu faulen anfangen würde. Der über die Versiegelungsschicht 3 herausstehende Abschnitt des zweiten Teils 1b der PVC-Folie 1 ist durch eine Leiste 6 abgedeckt und wird durch diese gleichzeitig an die Wand 5 angedrückt. Die hier gewählte Form quadratischer PVC-Folien 1, 1' ist zweckmäßig, jedoch nicht zwingend, so daß auch andere Formen möglich sind. Die Umfangsränder 7, T der beiden PVC-Folien 1,1' liegen entlang einer Stoßkante 8 aneinander an. An die verbleibenden Bereiche der Umfangsränder 7, T der beiden exemplarisch dargestellten PVC-Folien 1,1' stoßen entweder andere PVC-Folien oder eine Wand an. Um ein Verrutschen der lose auf dem Untergrund 4 verlegten PVC-Folien 1, 1' zu verhindern, sind die auf die jeweiligen PVC-Folien 1,1' aufgeklebten Korkplatten 2, 2' so angeordnet, daß ihre jeweiligen Umfangsränder 9 nicht mit den Umfangsrändern 7, T der PVC-Folien 1,1' übereinstimmen. Vielmehr ist durch das versetzte Anordnen der Korkplatten 2 an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten der PVC-Folie 1 der Umfängsrand 9 der Korkplatten 2 zahnförmig ausgebildet. Die beiden mit den Korkplatten 2, 2' beklebten PVC-Folien 1,1', die zwei Bodenbelagsegmente 11, 11' bilden, sind sicher miteinander verbunden, da die über die eine PVC-Folie 1 herausstehenden Teile der Korkplatten 2 in Lücken oberhalb der zweiten PVC-Folie 1' eingreifen, die nicht mit Korkplatten 2' beklebt sind. Dadurch kommt es zu einer starken Verzahnung zwischen den beiden mit Korkplatten 2, 2' beklebten Bodenbelagsegmente 11, 11' und somit der PVC-Folien 1,1'. Ein Verrutschen der beiden PVC-Folien 1,1' gegeneinander ist somit nahezu unmöglich. Die beiden Bodenbelagsegmente 11, 11' stoßen demnach in der Ebene der beiden PVC-Folien 1,1' entlang einer geraden Stoßkante 8 aneinander. In der Ebene der Korkplatten 2, 2' stoßen die Bodenbelagsegmente 11, 11' entlang einer zweiten, zahnförmig ausgebildeten Stoßkante 10 aneinander. Als Maße für die Korkplatten 2, 2' ist beispielsweise an 30 cm &khgr; 60 cm und für die PVC-Folien 1, 1' an 180 cm &khgr; 180 cm gedacht.
