Anordnung zur Erwärmung des Zirkulationswassers in TrinkwarmwasserspeichernArrangement for heating the circulating water in domestic hot water tanks
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Erwärmung des Zirkulationswassers in Trinkwarmwasserspeichern, die sowoh! in Verbindung mit zentralen Wärmeversorgungssystemen als auch individuellen Heizkesselanlagen für die Bereitstellung des erforderlichen Trinkwarmwassers im Einsatz sind.The invention relates to an arrangement for heating the circulating water in drinking water storage tanks, which are used both in conjunction with central heat supply systems and individual boiler systems for the provision of the required drinking water.
Für die Trinkwarmwasserbereitung (TWWB) in zentralen und individuellen Wärmeversorgungssystemen werden zum Zwecke der Entkopplung der Prozesse „Trinkwassererwärmung" und „Trinkwasserverbrauch" in vielen Fällen Speicherbehälter eingesetzt. Die Erwärmung des Speicherinhaltes erfolgt dabei über eine meist im unteren Teil des Speichers angeordnete Heizschlange oder durch einen außerhalb des Speichers befindlichen Wärmeübertrager, vorzugsweise Plattenwärmeübertrager. Die Trinkwarmwasser-Zirkualionsleitung mündet gemäß Stand der Technik mit freiem Auslauf in den Speicher, was zu einer Mischzone führt, deren Größe im wesenlichen vom Zirkulationswasserstrom und vom Speicherinhalt bestimmt wird. Die Erwärmung des Zirkulationswassers erfolgt durch direkte Mischung mit dem Speicherinhaltswasser. Diese Vermischung von Zirkulationswasser und Speicherinhaltswasser zerstört in beträchtlichem Maße die Temperaturschichtung im Speicher und führt wegen der Forderung des DVGW-Arbeitsblattes W 551 nach konstanten Speicheraustrittstemperaturen zwischen 55 0C und 60 0C zu relativ häufigen Schaltvorgängen zur Erwärmung des Speicherinhalts. Darüber hinaus führt die ungenügende Temperaturschichtung im Speicher zu relativ hohen Rücklauftemperaturen des beheizenden Mediums (Primärrückiauf). Dies führt bei Fernwärmeversorgungsanlagen und auch bei individuellen Brennwert-Kesselanlagen zu ungünstigen Wirkungsgraden für den Wärmeerzeuger. Um eine ungenügende Schichtung im Speicher zu beseitigen, sind bereits verschiedene Maßnahmen vorgeschlagen und bekanntgeworden, welche allerdings nur den Trinkwasser- bzw. Trinkwarmwassereintritt in den und den Trinkwarmwasseraustritt aus dem Speicher .betreffen. Zur Gewährleistung der erforderlichen Erwärmung des Zirkulationswassers ohne Beeinträchtigung der Speicherschichtung werden die Heizschlange und das mit dem im Bereich der Heizschlange angeordneten Temperturfühler regelbare Beheizungsregime entsprechend ausgelegt.
