Das erfindungsgemäße Sportgerät weist ein Sitzelement (l) auf, an dessen Seiten je ein Tragrahmen (2) befestigt ist. Die Tragrahmen (2) bestehen aus einem hohlen Handlauf (3), den U-förmigen Kufen (4) zur Aufnahme der Tragrollen (5),den Umlenkbögen (6) mit den darin untergebrachten Tragrollen (5) und Stützstäben (7) zwischen Handlauf (3) und Kufen (4). Der Riemen (8) wird über die Tragrollen (5) unsichtbar und geschützt durch die Konstruktionsteile des Tragrahmens (2) geführt.
