TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Drossel/Drosselrückschlagventil in Hohlschraubenform mit integriertem Anschluß für Leitungen wie Schläuchen, Rohren oder dergleichen für unter Druck stehende flüssige oder gasförmige Medien mit einem Gehäuse mit Anschlußgewinde und Leitungsanschluß, einer Zuflußöflhung einer Abflußöffnung, einer Regulierspindel, einem Rückschlagventil und einer Kontermutter, sowie Dichtmittel zum außenumfangsmäßigen Abdichten des Gehäuses mit Anschlußgewinde. Das Einsatzgebiet derartiger Drossel/Drosselrückschlagventile ist vielfältig. Insbesondere kommt eine Verwendungsmöglichkeit bei Pneumaticzyündem in Betracht. Als Massenartikel müssen derartige Drossel/Drosselrückscblagventile preisgünstig herzustellen sein, jedoch werden auch hohe Anforderungen an die funktionell Gewährleistung gestellt. WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION
Ein Drossel/Drosselrückschlagventil in Hohlschraubenform 10 weist in Fig. 1 ein Gehäuse 11 auf, in dem eine Querbohrung 12 den Leitungsanschluß 13 aufnimmt. Auf der unteren Seite des Gehäuses 11 befindet sich ein Anschlußgewinde 14 zum direkten Einschrauben in die verschiedensten Bauelemente wie zum Beispiel Vorschubzylinder, Steuerventilen usw. auf welches eine Kontermutter 15 mit eingearbeitetem Dichtmittel 16 aufgeschraubt ist. In der Durchgangsbohrung 17 ist von unten ein Druckstück 18 welches eine Längsbohrung 19 sowie eine Querbohrung 20 aufweist und mit einer Schnellentlüftungsmanschette 21 das Rückschlagteil bildet, eingebaut. In der von oben her abgesetzten Bohrung 22, welche mit einem Gewinde versehen ist, ist eine Regulierspindel 23 mit Dichtmittel 24 eingeschraubt. Diese ist durch eine Bärdelung 25 gegen Herausdrehen gesichert. Das Druckstück 18 ist so gestaltet, daß bei der Montage der Schnellentlüftungsmanschette 21 allein durch Umkehr dieser, eine Zuluft- bzw.
