Description

Beschreibung
Bislang wird Katzennahrung nicht in Objekten angeboten, die den Spiel-und Jagdinstinkt der Katzen in besonderer Art und Weise ansprechen.
Durch den „Spielball", der aus zwei Halbschalen zusammengefugt ist und in dem sich Katzennahrung befindet (insbesondere in fester Form) wird der natürliche Spieltrieb der Tiere besonders angesprochen.
Die variabel gestaltete Oberfläche der Halbschalen läßt mehrer Spielvarianten zu.
Halbschalen aus nicht zum Verzehr geeignetem Material sind mit einer griffigen Oberfläche (vorzugsweise ein filz- oder wollähnhches Material) versehen, das den Katzenkrallen beim Spiel den nötigen Halt bzw. Widerstand bietet. Als Belohnung wäre der „Spielball" dann vom Tierhalter zu öffnen, so daß die Katze das Futter erhält.
Halbschalen aus zum Verzehr geeignetem Material sind mit unterschiedlicher Oberflächengestaltung (Ausnehmungen oder Erhebungen) versehen, die auch hier den nötigen spielerischen Halt geben.
Die für den tierschen Verzehr unbedenkliche Umhüllung könnte z.B. aus Stärke mit Geschmacksstoffen versehen - bestehen. Das Tier gelangt so selbst an seine Belohnung.
Eine Kombination aus beiden Spielballvarianten „nicht - verzehrbar" mit Ausnehmungen oder Erhebungen auf den Halbschalen ist ebenfalls möglich.

    Schutzansprüche
    • Katzenspielball als Futterverpackung
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in zwei Halbschalen, die miteinander verbunden werden, Katzennahrung eingefüllt ist, bzw. eingefüllt werden kann.
    • Die Halbschalen sind
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Oberfläche so variabel gestaltet ist, daß Katzen sie als „Spielball" benutzen.
    • Die Halbschalen können aus verzehrbarem und/oder nicht verzehrbaren Material bestehen.
