Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Dämm- und Dichtungsmaterial auf Flachdächern nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.The invention relates to a device for fastening insulation and sealing material on flat roofs according to the preamble of the main claim.
Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Gattung werden benutzt, um Dichtungsmaterial auf Flachdächern mittels Befestigungselementen, die meist aus einem Auflageteller und einer Schraube bestehen, maschinell zu befestigen, d.h. möglichst ohne händische Betätigung diese Montagearbeiten durchzuführen. Ein Beispiel für eine solche Vorrichtung ist in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 94 12 071.4 beschrieben. Bei dieser Vorrichtung werden Befestigungselemente, bestehend aus einem Halter mit Auflageteller und einem Schaft zur koaxialen Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube verarbeitet. Ein an der Vorrichtung angeordneter Schrauber dreht die Befestigungsschraube, welche unter den Schrauber in Montageposition gebracht wird, in den Untergrund ein. Die erfindungsgemäße Gesamtvorrichtung ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 gekennzeichnet. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel werden Befestigungsmittel 4 verarbeitet, die zu einem Gurt zusammengefaßt sind und in einer Zuführung 5 vorgelagert werden. Die Befestigungsmittel bestehen jeweils aus einem Auflageteller 6 und einer Schraube 7, die durch entsprechende Betätigungen unter den Schrauber 8 in Montageposition gebracht werden. Die einzelnen Befestigungselemente werden vereinzelt und der Schrauber 8 wird beispielsweise durch eine Abfahrbewegung auf die Schraube zubewegt und in den Untergrund eingebracht.The overall device according to the invention is identified by the reference number 1.
