An der Austragsöftnung 2 einer Förderanlage 1 - im Beispiel einer Förderschnecke - ist die erfindungsgemäße Austragsvorrichtung angeschlossen. Die Austragsvorrichtung ist eine Zellenradschleuse 3. Die Schleuse 3 weist mindestens, drei, in Fig. 1 vier Kammern 7,8,9,10 auf, die je von zwei radial zur Zellenradachse 17 angeordneten Flügeln 6 des Zellenrades von einander getrennt sind. Mindestens zwei Flügel 6, deren äußere Enden 19 gegen die Innenwand der Zellenradkammer 18 abdichtend ausgebildet sind, schließen den Auslauf 2 der Förderschnecke und zugleich den Einlauf 4 der Zellenschleuse dicht gegen den Auslauf 5 der Zellenschleuse ab. Alle Kammern 7,8,9,10 weisen im Scheitel des Winkelraumes je einen Luftsack 11,12,13,14 auf. Die Luftsäcke weisen getrennte, über ein Mehrfachdrehgelenk 20 nach außen führende Leitungen 21 auf, über die der Luftsack am Materialeintritt entlüftet, der Luftsack am Abwurf unter Druck aufgeblasen werden kann. Be- und Entlüftung werden in bekannter Weise stellungsabhängig vom Zellenrad gesteuert. Eine vorteilhafte Ausführung der Erfindung besteht in einer gemeinsamen Verbindung aller Luftsäcke durch eine Leitung 15. In diesem Fall enthalten im Betrieb die Luftsäcke eine solche Luftmenge, daß durch Befullung einer offenen Kammer 7 am Einlauf 4 mit unter Druck stehendem Dickstoff soviel Luftvolumen aus dem Luftsack Il in den Luftsack 13 in der zum Austrag geöffnete Kammer 9 verdrängt wird, daß dadurch der Dickstoff aus der Kammer 9 durch den Austrag 5 ausgeworfen wird. Die Leitung 15 zwischen den Luftsäcken ist an eine Zuleitung 16 angeschlossen, durch die Luft zufuhrbar und die Luftmenge und -druck in den Luftsäcken 11,12,13,14 regelbar ist.An advantageous embodiment of the invention consists in a common connection of all air bags by a line 15.
