Description
Multiounktales EKG ( MP-EKG) Das herkömmliche ENG besteht normalerweise nur aus 12 Ableitungen ( Extremitäten- und Brustwandableitungen) und ist damit sehr unexakt. Kleine und ungünstig gelegene Infarkte und sonstige Veränderungen werden deshalb öfters von dem herkömmlichen EKG nicht erfaßt.
