Abstract

A two-stage gas scrubber has the two stages mounted on top of a common fluid sump. The fluid is circulated from the sump in two separate branches to an acid and an alkaline injection station. The latter branch also includes a dust absorption mat where dust and other contaminants are flushed off. A droplet separator is included upstream of the exhaust fan. The gas scrubber is simple and inexpensive, and removes contaminants requiring both acid and alkaline treatment.

Description

Beschreihung und Er@@@t@rung zur PatentanmeldungDescription and registration for patent applications

For scrubbing pollutants from exhaust gases are contaminated with different pollutants, which a) partially only in the acidic Area or b) wash out in the alkaline area, it is necessary to use 2-stage washing systems to use.

About this? -Step washing technology in a very simple and inexpensive design to design, according to the invention, a construction according to the accompanying drawing suggested.

The accompanying drawing shows: with 1) the first washing stage, the z. B. is operated in the acidic washing liquid range; with 2) the second washing stage, the z. B. is operated in the alkaline washing area; with 3) a dust and absorption mat, separates the dust in the gas from the gas stream and rinsed it with water at the same time not only the dust pollution from the pre-cleaned gas is deposited, but also the residual pollutants at the same time; with 4) the liquid sump responsible for both washing stages; with 5) the pump station, which is responsible for the first and second washing stage and at the same time a partial amount of water can supply the neutralization (11).

B. an aure vaccination station, with 7) z. B. the alkaline vaccination station, with 8) a ph-value measuring device, with 9) the fan, with 40) a droplet separator.
