Abstract

The dumping or buring of the used vehicle tyres may be effected in a pit near a sand or gravel pit with a suction dredge installed in it. By filling the pit in with mud or silt no undesirable cavities are found in which vermin may liver or which will prevent the ground being used as a building site. The tyres may be coarsely comminuted before being dumped.
