Bei der Herstellung von Bögen an Rohren und Profilen entsteht durch die eingeleiteten Biegemomente und die hierdurch erzeugten Spannungen eine unerwünschte Deformation der Profilgeometrie. Es treten Abflachungen auf, die im Extremfall bis zum Knicken oder Einreißen des Biegegutes führen.
Bei Rohren mit besonderen Festigkeitsanforderungen ist es erforderlich, Abflachungen des Ursprungsprofiles weitgehend zu vermeiden.
Dies wird bekanntermaßen dadurch erreicht, dass die Rohre durch mechanisch eingebrachte Dorne von innen im Bereich der Biegezone abgestützt werden.When producing bends on pipes and profiles, the introduced bending moments and the resulting stresses cause an undesirable deformation of the profile geometry.
