Beschreibung
"Keramische Feuerschale "
Keramische Feuerschalen bestehen nach meiner Information aus einer einzigen keramischen Masse ( evt. mit Armierung).
Zum Einen erhitzen sich die Schalen auch außen, zum Anderen ist bei starker Befeuerung mit Rissbildung zu rechnen.
Die im Schutzanspruch angegebenen Erfindung führt zu einer viel langsameren und ausgeglicheneren Erwärmung der Feuerschale an der Oberfläche der Außenschale: dadurch wird die Schale außen weniger warm und Rissbildungen verhindert.
Die Feuerschale ist gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß in eine ca 1,5 cm starke " Außenschale" aus industrieller Schamottetonmasse eine 2-2,5 cm starke "Innenschale" aus Isolier-Schamottemasse ( Schamottemasse mit Zuschlägen!
eingebracht wird.
Die Innenschale wird mit der äußeren verbunden, indem die noch feuchte Außenschale spiralförmig angeritzt und die Isomasse eingedrückt und angeklopft wird. Die beiden Massen sind dadurch keramisch verbunden und werden in einem Brand zusammen geschrüht.

  1. Mehrschichtigkeit der Feuerschale aus keramischen Materialien bei beliebiger Größe und Form
    Unteranspruch: Verbindung von Innen- und Außenschale zu einer einzigen Schalenform.
