Diese Probleme werden durch die im Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst. Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, das die Ausführungsschritte geeigneten Winkel herstellen, Bohren und/oder eine Nagelverbindung zu schaffen, wegfallen.
