Der Benutzer der Mobilfunk-Sende-Empfangseinheit kann dadurch sicher stellen, dass er nur für die Zeiträume aufgezeichnete Bildsignale abruft, in denen sich im Aufzeichnungsbereich Bewegungen feststellen lassen. Daneben kann die Betriebsdauer der Bildaufzeichnung sowie deren Speicherung und Übertragung durch die Steuerung der Übertragungseinrichtung über die Mobilfunk-Sende-Empfangseinheit (8) auf diese Zeiträume beschränkt werden. Die Steuer- und Übertragungseinheit stellt daneben eine Funknetzwahlverbindung zu der Mobilfunk-Sende-Empfangseinheit (8) her und sendet an diese ein Signal über die aktivierte Bild- und Tonaufzeichnung.
