die multifunktionale Moduleinheit (3), welche eine Bodenplatte (31), einen Körper (32) und eine obere Abdeckung (33) aufweist, wobei die Bodenplatte (31) eine Schraubbohrung (311) und zwei Fixierbohrungen (312) aufweist, die im zusammengebauten Zustand mit der Schraubbohrung (21) und den Fixierzapfen (22) der Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) fluchten, und welche ferner eine Leiterplatte (321) aufweist, die bei unterschiedlichen Arten von Mobiltelefonen oder zugehörigen Peripheriegeräten, die in die Moduleinheit (3) passen, anwendbar ist, wobei die Moduleinheit (3) mit der Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) zwecks Schaffung einer Vorrichtung verbindbar ist, welche schnell ineinander einsetzbare und voneinander herausnehmbare Komponenten aufweist und mit lediglich einer Hand handhabbar ist, und die Moduleinheit (3) austauschbar und damit an unterschiedliche Formen und Funktionen von Mobiltelefonen anpaßbar ist. 1. the multifunctional module unit ( 3 ) comprising a base plate ( 31 ), a body ( 32 ) and a top cover ( 33 ), the base plate ( 31 ) comprising a screw hole ( 311 ) and two fixing holes ( 312 ) which, when assembled, are aligned with the screw hole ( 21 ) and the fixing pins ( 22 ) of the mobile phone base ( 2 ), and further comprising a circuit board ( 321 ) which is applicable to different types of mobile phones or associated peripheral devices which fit into the module unit ( 3 ), the module unit ( 3 ) being connectable to the mobile phone base ( 2 ) to create a device which has components which can be quickly inserted into and removed from one another and which can be handled with only one hand, and the module unit ( 3 ) being interchangeable and thus adaptable to different shapes and functions of mobile phones is customizable. 2. Vorrichtung mit einer multifunktionalen Moduleinheit (3) und einer Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) zwei Klemmarme (26), eine Übertragungseinrichtung (27) und eine Rückplatte (28) aufweist;
die Klemmarme (26) aus einem linken Klemmann (261) und einem rechten Klemmann (262) bestehen, jeder linke und rechte Klemmann (261, 262) eine einstückig damit verbundene, bewegbare Platte (2611, 2621) aufweist, jede bewegbare Platte (2611, 2621) mit einer Zahnstange (2612, 2622, 2624) versehen ist, welche mit einem Zahnrad (271) in Eingriff steht bzw. mit einer Haltestange (275) der Übertragungseinrichtung (27) zwecks Steuerung der Klemmarme (26) zusammenwirkt, um ein Mobiltelefon festzuklemmen oder freizugeben;
die Übertragungseinrichtung (27) die Klemmarme (26) derart steuert, daß diese nach innen oder nach außen bewegbar sind, daß die Übertragungseinrichtung (27) das Zahnrad (271), eine Nut (272), eine Feder (273), einen Steuerknopf (274) und die Haltestange (275) aufweist, wobei die Klemmarme (26) durch das Zahnrad (271) nach innen bewegbar sind und gleichzeitig die Feder (273a) zusammenpressen, die Haltestange (275) gegen die Zahnstange (2624) am unteren Ende des rechten Klemmarms (262) stößt, um den rechten Klemmarm (262) an einer Bewegung nach außen zu hindern, der rechte Klemmarm (262) mittels der Rückfederung der Feder (273a) schnell nach außen in dem Fall bewegbar ist, daß der Steuerknopf (274) gedrückt ist, um die Haltestange (275) nach unten außer Eingriff mit der Zahnstange (2624) unterhalb des rechten Klemmarms (2621) zu bringen, und
die Rückplatte (28) die Rückseite der Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) abdeckt und mit einer Ausnehmung (281) zum Aufnehmen eines Lautsprechers, einer Nut (282) zum Verbinden von Zubehör und mit einer Energiebuchse (283) versehen ist, wobei die Rückplatte (28) nach dem Zusammenbau in einem ebenen Zustand gehalten ist und mittels eines Klebpapiers überklebbar und dann an einer Wand oder an einer beliebigen Stelle in einem Kraftfahrzeug anklebbar ist. 2. Vorrichtung mit einer multifunktionalen Moduleinheit (3) und einer Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbare Platte (2621) des rechten Klemmarms (261) einen Anschlagblock (2623) hat, wobei der Anschlagblock (2623) mit einem Schutzüberzug (2625) aus Gummi oder einem anderen weichen Material umhüllt ist, um diesen gegen ein Beschädigen aufgrund einer Stoßkraft zu schützen, welche durch den Anschlagblock (2623) verursacht ist, der mit einer Innenwand der Nut (272) der Übertragungseinrichtung (27) zusammenstößt. 3. Vorrichtung mit einer multifunktionalen Moduleinheit (3) und einer Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (32) der Moduleinheit (3) mit einer Nut (326) um eine Innenwand an seinem oberen Ende zum Aufnehmen einer oberen Abdeckung (33) versehen ist, wobei die obere Abdeckung (33) eine Öffnung (33 l) in einer Größe aufweist, die mit derjenigen unterschiedlicher Leiterplatten (321) zusammenpaßt, der Körper (32) mehrere Einsetzvorsprünge (327) hat, die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten zum Zusammenwirken mit nutförmigen Schlitzen (315) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Bodenplatte (31) ausgebildet sind, nachdem die obere Abdeckung (33) und der Körper (32) miteinander verbunden sind. 12. Vorrichtung mit einer multifunktionalen Moduleinheit (3) und einer Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (32) der Moduleinheit (3) mit einer Y-förmigen Nut (328) zum Aufnehmen des Kraftfahrzeugladegeräts (34) versehen ist, deren Druckknopf (341) auf einer Vorderseite des Kraftfahrzeugladegeräts (34) in der Y-förmigen Nut (328) nach innen gedrückt ist und dadurch Haken (342) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten auf der Oberseite derart beaufschlagt, daß diese nicht mit dem Boden des Mobiltelefons verhakt sind, so daß die Moduleinheit (3) schnell in die Mobiltelefon-Basis (2) einsetzbar und von dieser abnehmbar und mittels einer einzigen Hand handhabbar ist. 14.
