Als Hämorrhoiden werden in der Medizin angeschwollene Schleimhäute im Bereich des Darmausganges bezeichnet. Besonders äußere Hämorrhoiden sind sehr störend und schmerzhaft.In medicine, hemorrhoids are the term used to describe swollen mucous membranes in the area of the anus. Im Handel bzw. in der Medizin werden bis heute nur Salben oder Zäpfchen gegen Hämorrhoiden angeboten oder es wird zum chirurgischen Eingriff geraten.To date, only ointments or suppositories are offered for hemorrhoids in stores or in medicine, or surgical intervention is recommended.

Hierzu können kleine, anatomisch anpassungsfähige Kühlkompressen (Fig. 1) benutzt werden. Um eine Nutzung auch im Büro oder auf Reisen sicherzustellen, sollten mehrere (4 Stück) Kompressen in einer kleinen Kühlbox (Fig. 2) untergebracht werden. In der Kühlbox sollte des weiteren Platz für ein Medikament sein. So kann unterwegs auf der Toilette jederzeit ein Wechsel der Kompressen erfolgen und eine kontinuierliche Kühlung der äußeren Hämorrhoiden wäre gewährleistet.Small, anatomically adaptable cooling compresses (Fig. 1) can be used for this purpose. Kühlkompresse zum Abschwellen von äußeren Hämorrhoiden (Fig. 1) - die eine anatomisch anpassungsfähige Außenhaut besitzt, - die mit Kühlmasse gefüllt ist, - deren Außenhautüberzug geeignet ist zur Aufnahme von abschwellenden Medikamenten, - deren Außenhautüberzug auswaschbar ist, - die durch Verpackung mehrerer Kühlkompressen in einer Kühlbox (Fig. 2) auch für unterwegs geeignet ist.
