Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis für Dokumente und/oder Zahlungsmittel mit einem Vorderteil und einem Rückteil, die durch einen flexiblen Rücken miteinander verbunden sind und an ihren dem Rücken abgewandten Kanten durch eine flexible Lasche verbindbar sind, deren eines Ende fest mit dem Rückteil und deren anderes Ende lösbar über ein Verschlußelement mit dem Vorderteil verbindbar ist.The invention relates to a container for documents and/or means of payment with a front part and a back part which are connected to one another by a flexible back and can be connected at their edges facing away from the back by a flexible tab, one end of which can be firmly connected to the back part and the other end of which can be detachably connected to the front part via a closure element.

Hinsichtlich der möglichen Größen des Behältnisses ist darauf zu verweisen, daß es sich bei den Dokumenten um Urkunden, Aktenteile (im Format DIN A4), Schecks, Scheckkarten ("Plastikgeld"), Visitenkarten, Führerscheine, Fahrzeugpapiere, Peronalausweise, Reisepässe, Geldscheine, Münzen, Mitgliedskarten von Vereinen, Krankenkassen, Tankkarten, Telefonkarten und vieles mehr handeln kann, also auch um relativ kleine Datenspeicherkarten, von denen Informationen und/oder Geldbeträge abgerufen bzw. abgebucht werden können, üblicherweise führt eine Person eine wachsende Vielzahl solcher Unterlagen mit sich, so daß die Dicke der gefüllten Behältnisse ständig wächst. Bekannt sind Briefmappen und Aktentaschen der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung, bei denen sich am Ende einer Lasche, die auch als "Riegel" bezeichnet werden kann, eine metallene öse befindet, die in ein kastenförmiges Metallschloß eingerastet werden kann, das sich auf dem Vorderteil befindet und mehrere in einer Reihe angeordnete Einstecköffnungen für die öse besitzt. Diese Art der stufenweisen Veränderung des effektiven Laschenumfangs hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß ein steifes Metallschloß verwendet werden muß, von dem eine mehr oder weniger große Länge ständig sichtbar ist und das auch noch beim Gebrauch zunehmend verkratzt wird. Die Lasche 6 besteht aus einem Außenteil 7 in Form eines flachliegenden "Schlauches" und einem Innenteil 8, in Form eines Gurtes, dessen Ende 8a aus dem Außenteil 7 hervorsteht und aus diesem weiter herausgezogen werden kann, beispielsweise von der Stellung in den Figuren 1 und 3 in die Stellung nach den Figuren 2 und 5. Claims

1. Container for documents and/or means of payment with a front part ( 2 ) and a back part ( 3 ) which are connected to one another by a flexible back ( 4 ) and can be connected at their edges ( 2a , 3a ) facing away from the back ( 4 ) by a flexible tab ( 3 ), one end of which is firmly connected to the back part ( 3 ) and the other end of which can be detachably connected to the front part ( 2 ) via a closure element ( 10 ), characterized in that the detachable end of the tab ( 6 ) is connected to the back part ( 3 ) via an elastic pulling element ( 9 ).

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the tab ( 6 ) consists of an outer part ( 7 ) and an inner part ( 8 ) and that the outer part ( 7 ) covers the elastic pulling element ( 9 ).
