Stand der TechnikState of the art
Bekannte Abdicht- und Verbindungslösungen, insbesondere im Bereich der Heizurigs- und Sanitärinstallation bestehen in der Regel aus einem dem jeweiligen Rohrsystem genau angepaßten mit Kappe versehenen zylindrischen Einschraubnippel, wobei nachteiligerweise zur Gewährleistung der Abdichtfunktion immer ein zusätzliches Dichtungsmaterial, wie beispielsweise Hanf, anzuordnen ist. Dieses herkömmliche Konstruktionsprinzip hat weiterhin den Nachteil, daß jede einzelne Rohrvariante bzw. jeder Rohrdurchmesser ein jeweils gesondertes Abdicht- bzw. Verbindungselement erfordert, und daß eine sichere Montage nur unter Zuhilfenahme von Spezialwerkzeugen gegeben ist. Nachteilig ist auch, daß bei nur Kurzeinsatz der bekannten Abdichtmittel, wie dem üblichen Abdrücken von Rohren vor Inbetriebnahme einer Anlage, selbige nach Gebrauch nicht wiederverwendbar sind.Known sealing and connecting solutions, particularly in the area of heating and sanitary installations, usually consist of a cylindrical screw-in nipple with a cap that is precisely adapted to the respective pipe system. Verbinden von Rohren, ohne Einsatz von SpezialWerkzeugen und gesonderten Dichtungsmitteln, weitgehend garantiert. Bei besonders dünnwandigen Rohren (4) wird gemäß Fig. 2 zur Ausgleichung des erforderlichen Anpreßdruckes an dessen Endstück hilfsweise eine Aufsteckhülse (5) angeordnet und somit ebenfalls eine sichere Abdichtwirkung des eingebrachten Abdrückstopfens (1) erreicht. Beide Bauteile sind beispielsweise nach Beendigung einer Druckprobe leicht von Hand wiederverwendungsfähig entm.ontierbar.
