Es sind bereits Kreissägen bekannt, welche mit ihrem Gehäuse auf einer Führungsschiene längsverschiebbar angeordnet sind. Bei einer ebenfalls bekannten Ausführungsform ist zum Absaugen des bei der Bearbeitung der Werkstücke anfallenden Staubes und der Späne parallel zur Führungsschiene ein Absaugkanal vorgesehen, welcher mit dem Sägegehäuse längsverschiebbar verbunden ist. Dabei ergibt sich jedoch die Notwendigkeit, dass zusätzlich zur Führungsschiene ein Absaugkanal erforderlich ist. Außerdem bringt die verschiebbare staubdichte Abdichtung der Verbindung zwischen dem Sägegehäuse und dem Absaugkanal gewisse Schwierigkeiten mit sich.Circular saws are already known in which the housing is arranged on a guide rail so that it can be moved lengthways. Um hier einerseits einen einfacheren Aufbau und andererseits eine unkompliziertere Abdichtung zwischen dem Sägegehäuse und dem Absaugkanal zu erhalten, ist erfindungsgemäß die Führungsschiene gleichzeitig als Absaugkanal ausgebildet und mindestens in Saugrichtung vor dem Gehäuse durch eine mit dem Gehäuse verschiebbare Abdeckung für den Absaugkanal versehen. Die Führungsschiene wird nunmehr doppelt ausgenutzt und zwar einmal zur Führung des Gehäuses und zum andern zum Absaugen, so dass also ein zusätzlicher Absaugkanal entfällt. Außerdem ergibt sich eine erhebliche Vereinfachung für die staubdichte Abdichtung der Teile gegeneinander, in dem mit dem Gehäuse eine Abdeckung verbunden ist, welche über den Absaugkanal bzw. die Führungsschiene geschoben wird. Überdies ergeben sich immer gleiche geometrische Verhältnisse am Übergang vom Sägegehäuse zum Absaugkanal. Das Sägeblatt 1 ist in einem Gehäuse 2 gelagert und wird in nicht dargestellter Weise durch einen Motor angetrieben. Das Gehäuse 2 befindet sich längsverschiebbar auf einer Führungsschiene 3, wobei zwei Quernuten 4 im oberen Teil zur Führung dienen. Der untere Teil der Führungsschiene 3 ist als Absaugkanal 5 ausgebildet und wird durch eine, als sich selbsttätig aufrollende Bandfeder 6 ausgebildete Abdeckung nach oben abschlossen. Die Absaugung des nicht dargestellten Staubes bzw. der Späne erfolgt in Absaugrichtung 7, wobei die Absaugeinrichtung nicht dargestellt ist. Um dem abzusaugenden Gut eine gute Führung zu ermöglichen, weist das Gehäuse 2 an seiner der Ansaugrichtung 7 entgegengesetzten Rückseite 8 eine Führungsleiste 9 auf, welche mit ihrem freien Ende 10 abdichtend in den Absaugkanal 5 hineinragt.The saw blade 1 is mounted in a housing 2 and is driven by a motor in a manner not shown.
