Quick assembly container TYPE WAB System FWR

The invention relates to a mobile cylindrical or polygonal device for storing liquids, consisting of a demountable outer container wall, a flexible hanging container and a demountable intermediate floor. The outer container wall consists of an upper and lower divisible or one-piece tubular frame made of light metal and the side wall panels made of polyethylene. The hanging container consists of a plastic-coated heavy fabric (foil) in the bottom area of which a cleaning nozzle is assembled. The intermediate floor consists of several plastic foam elements that are laid in a circle inside the container and offer the possibility of accommodating the cleaning line of the hanging container. These containers are used in mobile drinking water treatment in the course of humanitarian aid by appropriate emergency services (THW, DRK, etc.) and/or in disaster relief operations such as oil spills, chemical accidents, as intermediate storage containers directly at the site of the damage.

The containers are manufactured in different sizes, although the basic construction always remains the same. Container sizes: from 10 to 500m ³ capacity.

Such containers are not known in print. However, there are similar containers on the market, including those in our product range, but they differ greatly from the new system in terms of their design and complicated structure. For example, these containers must be stabilized on the outside with tensioning belts in order to absorb the static forces. For example, these containers lack a cleaning connection in the hanging container and an intermediate floor that allows the cleaning line of the hanging container to be laid under the container without excavation work. For example, these containers have a relatively high deadweight and a large packing volume.

The object of the invention is to propose a quick-assembly container for storing and processing liquids, which can be dismantled for transport while being easy to assemble so that as little transport space as possible is required. It also allows the emergency services to clean the hanging container easily and effectively during operation. It also offers the possibility

to evacuate the cleaning fluid from the container in a simple manner without personnel having to climb into the container. It also offers the possibility of being used as a simple drinking water treatment plant by adding a layer of sand and a drainage system. It also enables simple and quick assembly without tools and stabilizing tensioning belts. It also has a low weight.

This inventive task is solved with a device of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized by a demountable container outer wall in segmental construction, a foldable hanging container with an attached cleaning nozzle and cleaning line, an intermediate floor made of plastic foam elements with the possibility of receiving the cleaning line of the hanging container.

The outer wall of the tank consists of an upper and lower pipe support frame, or a one-piece pipe support frame made of aluminum profile pipes 50 x 50 x 4 mm (see Figures 2,3 + 3.1), which are bent to a certain radius and the side walls made of polyethylene 1500 x 1500 x 8 mm with milled grooves. (see Figure 5) The pipe support frames are plugged together at the front sides using plug-in pins and secured against slipping out with locking bolts. (see Figure 4).

The PE side walls are snapped into place with the milled grooves over the stud bolts attached to the tubular frames, or are riveted directly on in the case of a one-piece frame.

The foldable hanging container consists of a heavy fabric with a largely oil and acid-resistant plastic coating or a food and drinking water resistant plastic coating approved by the hygiene institute. In the bottom area of the hanging container, a floor drain in the form of a flat plastic funnel with a corresponding pipe socket is fitted (see Figure 7).

The intermediate floor consists of several plastic foam elements, or aluminum profile tube frames, or inflatable rubber elements, which offer the possibility of accommodating the floor drain funnel and the cleaning line of the hanging container and laying them under the container without additional excavation work (see Figures 8 +9).

Such a device (quick assembly container) can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily. After disassembling and folding the hanging container, the parts of the device take up very little space and can be easily stored and transported in a suitable transport container.

Claims (12)

Mobile quick-assembly container for storing liquids, consisting of a demountable outer container wall ( Figure 2, 3, 3.1 + 5), a flexible hanging container ( Figure 7), and a demountable intermediate floor ( Figure 8). 2. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the container consists of a lower and an upper pipe support frame and individual polyethylene panels, or a one-piece pipe support frame with riveted polyethylene panels ( Figures 1, 2, 3 + 3.1). 3. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 2, characterized in that the individual elements of the tubular support frame are plugged together at the end faces with plug-in pins and secured against slipping out with locking bolts. 4. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 2, characterized in that the individual polyethylene side walls are provided with grooves and are inserted with these over the locking bolts of the individual tubular frame elements. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible hanging container consists of a largely oil- and acid-resistant, plastic-coated heavy fabric. 6. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 7, characterized in that the flexible hanging container consists of a food and drinking water-resistant plastic-coated heavy fabric approved by the Hygiene Institute. 7. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 7, characterized in that a floor drain in the form of a flat plastic funnel with a corresponding pipe socket is fitted in the bottom area of the hanging container. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 7, characterized in that the pipe socket of the hanging container can be connected to a hose or pipe, with the help of which cleaning liquid or dirty water can be sucked out from the interior of the hanging container through the outer wall of the container. 9. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 7, characterized in that eyelets with tensioning rubbers are attached to the upper edge of the hanging container, with which the hanging container can be secured against slipping on the outer circumference after assembly. 10. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 7, characterized in that instead of the floor drain funnel in the bottom area of the hanging container, an outlet nozzle can be fitted in the side wall in order to be able to use the quick-assembly container as a simple drinking water purification system by introducing a layer of sand with a corresponding drainage system. Mobile quick-assembly container according to claim 1, characterized in that the demountable shelf consists of several plastic foam elements, aluminum profile tubular frame elements or inflatable rubber elements.
