Abstract
Ein partiell galvanisierbares Polymerenformteil (1). Das technische Problem ist eine solche Ausbildung des Formteils, daß einzelne Teilbereiche unmittelbar partiell galvanisierbar sind. Die DE 44 12 126 C2 beschreibt ein derartiges Polymerenformteil, dessen durch Nuten getrennte Teilbereiche eine chemisch abgeschiedene Metallschicht aufweisen. Die zu galvanisierenden Teilbereiche werden in einem galvanischen Bad an eine elektrische Spannung angeschlossen, so daß diese Teilberei che zur Erzeugung einer hochwertigen Galvanikschicht partiell galvanisiert werden können. Die Nuten zwischen den Teilbereichen dienen einerseits der optischen Trennung und bilden andererseits eine Be grenzung der chemisch abgeschiedenen Metallschicht, so daß die Metallschichten der Teilbereiche für die Elektroplattierung partiell aufgeladen werden können. Die chemische Metallabscheidung stellt einen zu sätzlichen Aufwand in der Herstellung dar, insbesondere, wenn die chemische Metallabscheidung in ein zelnen Teilbereichen wieder abgetragen werden muß.DE 44 12 126 C2 describes such a molded polymer part, the one separated by grooves Partial areas have a chemically deposited metal layer. Fig. 1 zeigt ein nach einem Zweikomponentenverfahren hergestelltes Polymerenformteil 1, das ein in einer ersten, nicht dargestellten Kavität hergestelltes Vorformteil 2 und ein in einer zweiten, ebenfalls nicht dargestellten Kavität hergestelltes Zusatzformteil 3 umfaßt. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel besteht das Vorformteil 2 aus einem nichtgalvanisierbaren Polymeren, das Zusatzformteil 3 aus einem galvani sierbaren Polymeren. An dem Zusatzformteil 3, das galvanisierbar ist, sitzt eine Lasche 4 zum Anschluß einer Kontaktzange 5 während der Galvanisierungsbehandlung.
