Abstract

Mehrteiliger Deckel für Verpackungskisten aus Brettholz oder sonstigen Holzwerkstoffen, der im Wesentlichen aus einer Außenverschalung (1) und einer innen liegenden Beleistung (2) aufgebaut ist sowie eine dazwischen befindliche wasserdichte Zwischenlage (5) aufweist, wobei die Deckelteile über eine wasserdichte Kupplung miteinander verbunden sind, die folgende Merkmale aufweist:
– im Kupplungsbereich ist die Außenverschalung (1) derartig durch einen Obergurt (4) und zwei darunterliegende Untergurte (3) ersetzt, dass ein Deckelteil (B) einen Obergurt (4) und einen Untergurt (3) und der andere Deckelteil (A) einen Untergurt (3) aufweist,
– die Abmessungen der Gurte sind so gewählt, dass
a) sowohl die Stoßkanten der Beleistung (2) als auch die der Untergurte (3) beider Deckelteile beim Zusammenbau aneinander stoßen und ebenfalls die Stoßkante des Obergurts (4) des einen Deckelteils (B) an die Außenverschalung (1) des angrenzenden Deckelteils (A) stößt.

Werden Exportgüter beim Kistenhersteller verpackt, ist es noch möglich übergroße wasserdichte Deckel zu erzeugen. Müssen die vorgefertigten Kisten allerdings zum Hersteller der Ware transportiert werden, bleibt nichts anders übrig, als einen mehrteiligen Deckel stumpf zu stoßen (1).
