Abstract

An injection unit comprises a piston portion, an ampoule container (6), and a two-part external housing (5) with a drug reception container (3) and a dose adjustment mechanism. A displaceable piston portion, comprises a piston (4) with a non-return valve (7) and a liquid passage hole (7a) is fixed to a tubular perforator (8), which has a liquid feed line (8a) and an air feed line (9) with an air filter (9a). The filter is fixed to and projects into the ampoule container (6). A piston rod (12) is fixed to the opposite side of the ampoule container, and a two-part external housing with a drug reception container is fitted with a non-return valve (2) at the outlet end, and a dose adjustment mechanism at the opposite end. Injektion von Medikamenten in Stechampullen unter Verwendung handelsüblicher Einmalkanülen Gr. 26 Gx ½ die auf einen, dem Stand der Technik entsprechenden, Luer-Lock-Konus aufgesteckt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsgerät aus einem verschieblichen Kolbenanteil, bestehend aus Kolben mit Rückschlagventil und Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsloch, fest verbunden mit einem röhrenförmigen Dorn, der eine Flüssigkeitszuleitung in Richtung Kolben und eine Luftzuleitung mit Luftfilter in Richtung Stechampulle aufweist und mit dem Aufnahmebehälter für Stechampullen fest verbunden ist und in diesen einragt, einer Kolbenstange, die am Aufnahmebehälter für Stechampullen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite fest verbunden ist, und einem zweiteiligen Außengehäuse mit Medikamentenaufnahmebehälter, dem am Austrittsende ein Rückschlagventil eingefügt ist, ferner an der gegenüber liegenden Seite eine, dem zweiten Anteil, für die Dosiseinstellung notwendige, Mechanik eingesetzt ist.1.
