Abstract

The coffee machine for the prodn. of filter coffee has a special feature, so that the coffee powder with the assistance of an electric motor with an eccentric or similar working device, is subjected to vibrations or shaking. Description

Bei der Herstellung von Filterkaffee wird üblicherweise so vorgegangen, daß heißes Wasser von oben auf das Kaffeepulver tropft. Dabei wird das Pulver in der Filtermitte und am Filterboden stärker mit Wasser durchtränkt als das Pulver am oberen äuße ren Filterrand. Die Folge ist, daß das Pulver nicht optimal ausgenutzt wird.
