Abstract

The call number of a calling subscriber (TE1) is transferred to a central evaluation unit (ZA) in order to identify the caller, especially in a private branch telephone exchange. Für die Über tragung des Identifikationsmerkmals insbesondere zusammen mit der Rufnummer OAD zum gerufenen Teilnehmer eignet sich vorteilhaft der D-Kanal des ISDN-Netzes, da hierfür keine Zusatzinstallationen oder Schnittstellenänderungen notwendig sind.
