Abstract

Mittels einer Software kann der Mikroprozessor aus diesen Informationen den Namen des gegenwärtig laufenden Programmtitels herausfinden und gegebenenfalls speichern. Über eine Leitung 4 wird diese OSD-Information, nämlich im erfindungsgemäßen Fall der Programmtitel des laufenden Programms des eingeschalteten Kanals, an vorgegebener Stelle auf dem Bildschirm 5 eingeblendet. Es erscheint demnach auf dem Bildschirm 5 die Einblendung 6, wobei im vorliegenden Beispiel der Filmtitel "Tatort" als Titel des gerade laufenden Programms eingeblendet wird. Vorteilhafterweise wird diese Einblendung 6 nicht dauernd vorgenommen, sondern nur dann, wenn der Betrachter dies tatsächlich wünscht. Dies geschieht bequemerweise über eine Fernbedienung 7, die mit einer entsprechenden Infotaste 8 ausgerüstet ist. Mit dem Drücken der Infotaste 8 wird ein IR-Signal dem IR-Empfänger 9 übermittelt, der dieses Signal über eine Leitung 10 dem Mikroprozessor 3 zuführt. Dieser bewirkt wiederum die Einblendung 6 des gegenwärtig laufenden Programmtitels, den er nach dem obengenannten Verfahren ermittelt. Weiterhin kann vorgesehen werden, den aktuellen Programmtitel neben dem direkten Abruf durch den Benutzer immer beim Einschalten des Geräts oder Wechseln des Programmkanals anzuzeigen.
