Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Recyceln von Tonerpatronen und Auflösung der Tonerstäube mittels eines Lösungsmittels. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Produkt zu recyceln, das bis heute als Sondermüll gilt und nur durch Verbrennung entsorgt werden kann. Die Tonerpatrone mit ihren feinen Resten von Tonerstäuben werden durch das Lösungsmittel bestehend aus Methylsalicylat und/oder Camphen (Monoterpene (C10), Terpen-Alkohole und Terpen-Aldehyde gelöst und die Tonerpatrone kann jetzt ohne Gefahr auf Explosion mechanisch zerkleinert werden. Damit werden Kunststoffe wieder den Recyclingkreislauf zugeführt und die Umwelt wird geschont.The invention relates to a method for recycling Toner cartridges and dissolution of the toner dust by means of of a solvent.
