Description
Keramikplatte zum Aufkleben als Belag für Straßen, Plätze usw. sowie
für Wände.
Insbesondere konnte auf stark befahrenen Straßen eine dauerhafte Befestigung
nicht erreicht werden. Aushärtende Komponentenkleber haben sich zum Kleben von Metall
und Holz als geeignet erwiesen, sie konnten aber zum Aufkleben von Keramikplatten
nicht verwendet werden, weil ein geeignetes Klebeverfahren fehlte. Um Keramikplatten
mit einem Kunststoffkleber gut haftend zu verbinden, müssen die Flächen auf denen
der'Kleber aufgetragen wird, mäßig rauh und eben sein. Die Platten dürfen also keinesfalls
wellig oder narbig sein, als Untergrund kann nicht Schotter, Kies oder Splitt Verwendung
finden, es muß vielmehr ein Fundament von bester Oberflächenbeschaffenheit vorhanden
sein. Zweckmäßig werden daher Fundamentblöcke vorgefertigt und mit Keramikplatten
beklebt. Überraschenderweise ergibt sich unter Anwendung von Kunstharzklebern bei
gut vorbereiteten Oberflächen, trockener und staubfreier Verklebung ein außergewöhnlich
gutes Haften der Keramikplatten.
Die zur Verwendung gelangenden Stoffe sind Zwei-oder Mehrkomponentenkleber, beispielsweise : 1.) hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyester und Di-oder Triisocynate, 2.) ungesättigte Polyester, Monostyrol und organische Peroxyde (wie Benzoylperoxyd) als Katalysator, 3.) Reaktionsprodukte aus epichlorhydrin und Bis. Phenolen mit Aminverbindungen z. B. Phenol-Formaldehyd.
