Description
Beschreibung über neue Fußbodenelektrospeicherheizung mit auf Isolierträgern aufgebrachten (drahtlosen) Heizleitern Diese neue Erfindung benutzt für die Umwandlung von Strom in Wärmeeinheiten keine konventionellen Heizdrähte, Heizspiralen oder Heizstäbe u.dgl. Die neue Erfindung schließt von vornherein aus, daß elektrisch leitende Teile der Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sind und dadurch werden Kriechströme, sowie auf die Dauer gesehen Kurzschlüsse oder durch das Durchglühbn von Drähten und aussetzen der Speicherheizungen vermieden, Die neue Erfindung benötigt auch keine besonderen Isolationskästen und sonstige auftragende und überwältigende Schutzvorrichtungen, sondern setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: Figur 1 der anhängenden Zeichnungen die Rohzementdecke oder Rohbetondecke, darauf wird ein Isolierschutz aus Glaswolle (silan) oder ähnlichem gelegt, siehe Figur 2. Auf diese Glaswolle kommt jetzt in den gewünschten Abmessungen ein mehr oder weniger starker flexibler oder unllexibler Isolierstoff bzw. Kunststoff. Au9 diesen sind die Heizleiter in einem neuartigen flüssigen Metaliverfahren aufgedruckt, also drahtlos aufgetragen. Damit wird das Durchglühen von Drähten vermieden. Die Figur 3 zeigt diese Trägerschicht auf die die flüssigen Heizleiter aufgebracht wurden. Uber die nun aufgebrachten Heizleiter kommt eine weitere Schicht die verklebt oder verschweißt wird, so daß die flüssigen aufgebrachten Heizleiter nach jeder Seite hin vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt sind.
