Description
B e sc h r e i b u n g über elektrisch betriebenes Abtaugerät für Kühlschränke, Kühltruhen und sonstige Kühleinrichtungen, doppelt isoliert mit drahtlosen Heizleitern Die Erfizidung beinhaltet ein neuartig flüssiges Metallpräparat, welches man passend für die Größe der Vorrichtungen auf ein Grundmaterial aus Kunststoff, Pertinax oder Hartpapier aufdampft, aufdruckt oder durch walzen, pinseln bzw, ätzen in das Grundmaterial hineinbringt, Das Neuartige dabei sind die aufgebrachten Flüssigheizleiter, ferner daß man dasselbe Grundmaterial (isoliertes Material) siehe Figur 1, als Abdeckung hier als Figur 3 benutzt. Die Figur 2 zeigt das aufgebrachte Flüssigmetall. Der große Vorteil der neuen Erfindung besteht darin, daß man nicht wie bei konventionellen Heizdrähten oder Heizspiralen jetzt mit hohen Kosten verbundene Abdeckungen wie isolierte Kästen urw,arbeiten muß, sondern der Heizleiter wird einfach nach seinem Auftragen verklebt, Die Figur 4 zeigt nun die KOntakte und die von diesen Kontakten abaeleiteten Drähte. Die Kontakte mit Ihren Draht sind isoliert durch die Überklebung gemäß Figur 3. Jetzt bringt man die Drähte der Figur 4 aus dem unteren Grundmaterial durch Löcher heraus und vergießt diese unteren Löcher mit flüssigem Kunststoff, Der aufgebrachte elektrische Leiter nebst seiner Anschlußverbindung ist jetzt gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorschriften doppelt isoliert. Die so gemäß Figur 4 herausgebrachten Drähte werden jetzt mit der Stromzuleitung für das Kühlsystem mittels eines Ein- und Aus schalters verbunden, so daß bei Vereisung in einem schnellen Verfahren abgetaut werden kann Die neue Erfindung ist gemäß dieser Beschreibung eine Abtauvorrichtung mit drahtlosen Heizleitern, die sowohl die Heizleiter, die Kontakte und Ableitungsdrähte doppelt isoliert.Description of electrically operated defrosting device for refrigerators, freezers and other cooling devices, double-insulated with wireless heating conductors The invention includes a new type of liquid metal preparation, which is vapor-deposited, or printed on, on a base material made of plastic, Pertinax or hard paper, suitable for the size of the devices by rolling, brushing or etching into the base material.
