Description
Beschreibung "Verfahren zur Herstellung von elastischen SportplatzbelAgen" (Zusatz zur Patentanmeldung M 72 064 V/19c) Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von elastischen, pflegefreien, immer einsatzbereiten und rutschfesten Sportplatz- und Laufbahnbelägen. Nach dem Hauptpatent wird auf einen Unterbau aus Kies oder Schotter eine Unterschiht aufgebracht, die aus geschroteten Körnern von Latex, Gummi o. dgl. elastischen und witterungsbeständigen Materialien besteht. Diese elastische Unterschicht wird in einer Stärke vorgesehen, die der jeweils gewunschten Elastizität des herzustellenden Belages angepaßt ist, Auf diese Unterschicht wird eine Oberschicht aufgebracht, welche aus einem Gemisch von Bitumen und Gesteinsk8rnern besteht, wobei die Größe der Gesteinskörner so ausgewählt wird, daß auch diese Oberschicht wasserdurchlässig bleibt. Um ein Verrutschen der aus geschroteten Körnern aus Latex oder dergl. bestehenden Unterschicht beim Aufbringen der genannten Oberschicht oder Deckschicht zu verhindern, wird gemäß dem Hauptpatent vorgeschlagen, die Granulatkörner der Unterschicht mit einer anionischen Bitumenemulsion zu umhüllen.
