Vorrichtung zum Absaugen der Gase und Dämpfe von Metallschmelzen beim Tauchverfahren, insbesondere von Gußeisenschmelzen, mit einer im wesentlichen aus Tauchglocke mit Deckel und einer zentriert abgestellten Behandlungspfanne bestehenden Tauchanlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem weit über den Pfannenrand ragenden Deckel (1) ein nach unten gerichteter Kragen (14) vorgesehen ist, wobei im Deckel im Raum zwischen Deckel- und Pfannenrand, am Umfang verteilt, Schlitze (13) angeordnet sind, die in eine im Oberteil des Deckels befindliche Ausgleichkammer (17) münden, von welcher ein Anschlußstutzen (10) die Verbindung zu einem hohlen, Deckel und Glocke tragenden Tragarm (3) herstellt, an dessen anderem Ende ein flexibler Schlauch (11) od. dgl. angebracht ist, an den ein Absaugventilator (12) angeschlossen ist.1.
