Vorliegendes Rad weicht von den jetzt gebräuchlichen Rädern in der Construction des Tyres A und des Radkranzes ab. Letzterer besteht aus zwei Theilen B und C, die einen entsprechenden Ansatz des Tyres zangenartig umgreifen und im Falle eines Bruches desselben, ihn am Abspringen verhindern. Die beiden Theile B und C werden unter sich und mit dem Tyres durch Bolzen C1 verbunden. Aufserdem greifen noch zur besseren Verbindung an Theil B befindliche Zapfen B1 in correspondirende Ausschnitte an Theil C. The present wheel differs from the wheels now in use in the construction of Tire A and the wheel rim. The latter consists of two parts B and C, which grip around a corresponding attachment of the tire like pincers and, in the event of a breakage, prevent it from jumping off. The two parts B and C are connected among themselves and with the Tires by bolts C. 1 In addition, for a better connection, pins B 1 located on part B engage in corresponding sections on part C.
