Hierdurch ist ermöglicht, daß der Arbeitsfluß beim Zubereiten und Kochen reibungsloser erfolgen kann, als bisher, da das Zubereiten in der ersten Arbeitsstellung bequem von der Frontfläche des Gerätes erfolgen kann und nach dem Zubereiten in der zweiten Arbeitsstellung die Geschirre lediglich auf die benachbarte Kochfläche verschoben zu werden brauchen, ohne nennenswerte Entfernungen überbrücken zu müssen, während in der dritten Arbeitsstellung der Kochvorgang wie auf einer konventionellen Herdplatte stattfinden kann.
