Die Erfindung besteht demgemäß darin, daß die Mittel zum Entfernen des Schneidabfalles aus einem an eine Preßluftleitung anschließbaren, gegen die Oberfläche des Schneidbettes gerichteten festen Blasrohr und ebenfalls an diesePreßluftleitung anschließbaren, unmittelbar neben oder in den Auflaufflächen der Auflaufnocken nach oben mündenden Blaskanälen und einer jenseits des Schneidbettes im Luftstrom des Blasrohres und über einer Abfuhröffnung angeordneten Fangvorrichtung bestehen. In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann die Fangvorrichtung auch aus einer geknickten Fläche bestehen, die einen Raum einschließt, der sich gegen die Blasrichtung öffnet. Ein Teil des Fangschirmes kann rostförmig ausgebildet sein, z.
