Description

Es zeigt Fig. 1. einen Teil einer Hochspannungsspule im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine aus Glimmerpapier und Träger bestehende Umpressung und Fig. 3 bis 6 verschiedene Ausführungen des Trägers für die Umpressung. Die Teilleiter 1 einer Hochspannungsspule nach Fig. 1 sind in der üblichen Weise mit einer Isolation 2 versehen. 3 ist die aus Kompoundmasse bestehende Zwickelfüllung. Der Leiterverband ist mit einer Umpressung 4 versehen, die nach Fig. 2 aus einem Glimmerpapier 5 und einem auf diesen aufgeschrumpften Träger 6 besteht. Der Träger ist nach den Fig. 3 oder 4 gewebeartig aus schmalen Foliengewebebändem 7 als Kettfolien und Schußfäden 8 aufgebaut. Als Stoff für das Follengewebe eignet sich insbesondere Polyterephthalsäureester oder Polykohlensäureester. Das Glimmerpapier 5 nach Fig. 2 wird zweckmäßig in gekreppter Form aufgebracht, damit das Trägennaterial beim Aufwickeln etwas vorgedehnt werden kann, ohne daß das Glimmerpapier aufreißt. Das Trägermaterial kann auch entsprechend den Fig. 5 und 6 die Form einer Breitbahn haben, wobei die Folienbänder mit Schlitzen 9 oder mit Löchern 10 versehen sind.
