Description

The invention relates to a headband cushion consisting of a cushion cover with an outside and an inside and a contact element that can be placed against the head of a headphone wearer, the cushion cover being able to be brought into a form fit with a headband of headphones.

A headband cushion is already known, consisting of a cushion cover and a cushion that can be stored in the cover, the cushion being able to be brought into a form fit with a headband of headphones. The cover also has an integral contact surface with which the headband padding can be placed against the head of the headphone wearer.

From the WO 2019/177510 A1 a padding element is known which can be fixed by turning it over on a headband. The same goes for the EP 2986027 A1 and the DE 1020211120440 B3 .

The JP 2009125424 A describes a headband and the US 5,257,420A headband headphones.

The US 2018/0262825 A1 , WO 2015/077315 A1 as well as the U.S. 2008/0276340 A1 describe investment elements that can be additionally attached to a headphone hanger.

The invention is based on the object of designing and arranging a headband padding in such a way that simplified handling is ensured.

The object is achieved according to the invention in that the cushion cover has a fastening section on the outside and the contact element has holding means, the contact element being detachably connectable to the fastening section of the cushion cover via the holding means, with a fabric element being provided on the underside, which against the head of the headphone wearer can be applied and the fabric element has a coolant through which body heat can be absorbed by the head. This means that the contact element can be easily attached or detached for the purpose of replacement. The fabric element preferably has a cooling property which the holding means does not require. In principle, however, the holding means and the fabric element can also have the same material properties, so that the holding means also has a cooling property and/or the fabric element can be fastened to the fastening section. In addition, this increases the wearing comfort of the headband padding.

The object is also achieved according to the invention in that a separate contact element is used for detachable fastening to a fastening section of a padding sleeve for a headband padding, the padding sleeve and possibly a headband padding being able to be placed against a head via the bearing element, the bearing element having a top side and a Has underside, and on the underside a fabric element is provided, which can be placed against the head of the headphone wearer, the fabric element having a coolant through which body heat can be absorbed by the head. By using a detachable contact element, the cushion cover can remain on the headband despite changing the contact element. This also applies to a padded cover with a headband pad.

It can also be advantageous for this if a cushion is provided in the cushion cover, the cushion is attached to the inside of the cushion cover or the cushion is an integral part of the inside of the cushion cover. The pad is thus secured from being lost. The headband padding, including the padding sleeve, can always remain on the headband, even without the contact element. If there is no padding in the padding cover, it is provided that the padding cover has a padding function or that the padding cover has no padding function. For example, a padding function can be achieved by using a material or textile with an increased thickness and associated increased elasticity when adapting to the head shape depicted by the contact element. For this purpose, the upholstery cover can be formed from one or more fabric or textile layers, which in themselves have no proven cushioning function. The main function of the cushion cover is the holding function, not the cushioning function. The respective upholstery has a cushioning function.

Alternatively, it can also be advantageous for this if the contact element has a cushion, with the cushion being attached to the contact element, or if the cushion is an integral part of the contact element. In this way, the cushion can be separated from the cushion cover and replaced together with the contact element. The actual upholstery cover has no upholstery or an additional upholstery.

Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the cushion is designed as a plastic/silicone cushion and is welded or glued to the inside of the cushion cover. Silicone cushions are very flexible and therefore have a very good cushioning effect.

It can also be advantageous if the contact element can be placed opposite the cushion in relation to the cushion cover. For this purpose, the fastening section, on which the contact element rests, is also arranged opposite the cushion in relation to the cushion cover.

It can advantageously be provided if the contact element has an upper side and an underside, with holding means being provided on the upper side for fastening to the fastening section of the cushion cover.

It can be of particular importance for the present invention if the cushion cover is designed as an envelope and can be placed around a headband, the cushion cover having two free or contoured side edges with fastening parts, the side edges having the fastening parts for fastening the cushion cover to the Headbands are releasably connected to each other.
