Description

The security headgear system can also be attached more quickly with snap fasteners. The eyelets on the upper panels are replaced by larger and different design eyelets, this is intended to improve head ventilation and reduce the build-up of heat and the headgear. With this system, the undershade and the crown are covered, thus completing the safety function.

The left and right seams (e.g. 2-fold longitudinally crimped, with a light-reflecting function, self-illuminating function in the dark (possible thanks to the daylight storage version)) of the panel parts sewn together each have a 3-fold seam made of plastic fibers and/or sewing thread, for example The washability should preferably be possible in the washing machine up to 95 degrees (but at least at 60 degrees), without causing damage and becoming unsightly when washing with high heat, which should also ensure greater stability of the individual panels.

The panels and the interior can be customized as usual, this also applies to the book frame and the undershade, the snap closure remains intact, as well as the woven label. A money compartment for coins and/or paper money can be hidden in the panels, whether inside and/or outside, but only in conjunction with a secure lock.

In addition, a replaceable sweatband is an advantage, i.e. H. the sweat band that is full of sweat is removed and a new one is attached, for example. B. with Velcro fastener and is hung up to dry and/or put in the washing machine. The size of the taping is increased from 15 mm to 20 mm to 30 mm; other sizes would also be conceivable and feasible. The crown should be a standard size, but other sizes can also be used with different color choices. The upper umbrella increases by about 1/3 of the usual size, i.e. H. up to half of the side middle panel.
