Claims (16)

Übersetzung der Patentansprüche der europäischen Patentanmeldung 97 935 923.9
1. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese enthaltend:
einen Rahmen aus dünnem, flexiblem Material, der sich über die Vorderseite des Unterschenkels, vor dem lateralen Knöchel und unter die Fußsohle erstreckt;
einen Verstärkungsteil aus steifem Material, der über einen schmalen Abschnitt der Vorderseite des Unterschenkels, vor dem lateralen Knöchel und unter einem Teil der Fußsohle verläuft; und
ein Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Orthese am Bein.
2. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 1,
bei der der Verstärkungsteil ein im Wesentlichen unflexibles Verstärkungselement und ein widerstandsfähiges, flexibles Element enthält.
3. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 2,
bei der das Verstärkungselement sich über einen schmalen Bereich der Vorderseite des Unterschenkels, vor dem lateralen Knöchel und unter einen schmalen Teil der Fußsohle und das flexible Element sich über einen wesentlichen Teil der Fußsohle erstreckt.
4. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3,
bei dem das Verstärkungselement aus kohlefaserverstärktem Kunstharz und das flexible Element aus aramidfaserverstärktem Kunstharz besteht.
5. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem der Rahmen aus dünnem, flexiblem glasfaserverstärktem Kunstharz besteht.
6. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
bei der der glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoff aus mehreren Lagen Garngewebe besteht, die mit einer Epoxid-Grundmasse getränkt sind.
7. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
bei der die Dicke jeder glasfaserverstärkten Lage > 0,2 mm ist.
8. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7,
die zwei oder drei glasfaserverstärkte Lagen aufweist.
9. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
bei der der kohlefaserverstärkte Kunststoff aus mehreren Lagen eines in einer Faserrichtung orientierten Kohlefasergewebes besteht, die mit einer Epoxid-Grundmasse getränkt sind.
10. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 9,
bei der jede der kohlefaserverstärkten Lagen winklig zu andern Lagen angeordnet ist.
11. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-8,
bei der der kohlefaserverstärkte Kunststoff aus mehreren Lagen diagonal gewebtem Kohlefasergewebe besteht, die mit einer Epoxid-Grundmasse getränkt sind.
12. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, bei der die Dicke jeder kohlefaserverstärkten Lage > 0,3 mm ist.
13. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die eine bis vier kohlefaserverstärkte Lagen aufweist.
14. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
bei der die Fußplatte drei glasfaserverstärkte Lagen, zwei aramidfaserverstärkte Lagen und zwei kohlefaserverstärkte Lagen aufweist.
15. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-13,
bei der die Fußplatte drei glasfaserverstärkte Lagen, drei aramidfaserverstärkte Lagen und zwei kohlefaserverstärkte Lagen aufweist.
16. Eine Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-13,
bei der die Fußplatte vier glasfaserverstärkte Lagen, vier aramidfaserverstärkte Lagen und drei kohlefaserverstärkte Lagen aufweist.
