Claims (9)

  1. PATENTOVÉ NÁROKY
    1. Cementový materiál, který je samodispergovatelný, jakmile se přivede do styku s objemem vody obsahující louh nebo suspenzi a po uvedené dispergaci je vytvrditelný do formy pevné hmoty, vyznačený tím , že obsahuje kompozici X, která je tvořena směsí :
    Složky A: cementové složky tvořící 10 až 95 procent hmotnosti kompozice;
    Složky B: složky podporující dezintegrační mechanizmus, která tvoří 2 až 75 procent hmotnosti kompozice;
    Složky C: případného bobtnadla, které tvoři 0 až 50 procent hmotnosti kompozice;
    Složky D: plnivové složky, která tvoří 0,1 až 10 procent hmotnosti kompozice; přičemž součet procentických zastoupení složky A,B,Č a D činí 100 procent.
  2. 2. Materiál podle nároku 1, vyznačený tím , že jednotlivé složky A, B a C mají práškovou formu se středním průměrem částic menším než 25 mikrometrů.
  3. 3. Materiál podle nároku 1 nebo 2, vyznačený tím , že kromě kompozice X zahrnuje jednu nebo několik případných aditiv.

  4. 4. Materiál podle nároku 1, 2 nebo 3vyznačený tím , že má formu granulí nebo pelet, jejich střední průměr nebo nejdelší rozměr je větší než 0,5 mm.
  5. 5. Způsob vytvoření hmoty pevné látky v objemu vody obsahující louh nebo suspenzi, vyznačený tím, že zahrnuje krok, ve kterém se přidají pelety materiálu podle nároku 4 do louhu nebo suspenze v takovém množství, které umožní materiálu dispergovat do .celého objemu nebo jeho podstatné vrstvy, krok, ve kterém se umožnění materiálu, aby se dispergoval do uvedeného objemu, a krok, ve kterém se umožnění uvedenému materiálu, aby se vytvrdil a vytvořil tak masu pevné látky.
  6. 6. Způsob podle nároku 5, vyznačený tím , že uvedený louh nebo suspenze obsahují nebezpečné látky a jsou obsaženy v zásobníku.
  7. 7. Způsob podle nároku 6, vyznačený tím , že vytvořená masa pevné látky tvoří zapouzdřující vrstvu nebo tělo, které vhodně utěsní obsahy uvedeného zásobníku.
  8. 8. Materiál podle nároku 1 a v podstatě stejný jako některý z materiálů popsaných v příkladech.
  9. 9. Způsob podle nároku 7, vyznačený tím, že materiálem v něm použitím je materiál podle nároku 8.
