Známá zařízení k přidržení hřebíků v žádoucí poloze před jejich přibitím mají podobu kleští složených nejméně ze dvou částí. Čelisti kleští jsou uzpůsobeny k tomu, aby hřebíky mohly být nastaveny do kolmé polohy vůči ploše, do které mají být zatlučeny. Nevýhodou známých přidržovačů je, že jsou tvořeny větším počtem dílů. Ty je třeba individuálně vyrobit a poté ještě smontovat. To se projevuje na pořizovacích nákladech známých přidržovačů. Uvedený úkol řeší přidržovač hřebíků a vrutů, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že je tvořen pružným pásem ohnutým do podkovy, který má na koncích tuhé čelisti, jejichž rovnoběžné vnitřní stěny jsou opatřeny vodícími drážkami k přidržení hřebíků nebo vrutů při sevřených čelistech, přičemž čelisti jsou na své vnější straně opatřeny výztužnými a ochrannými žebry.The above-mentioned task is solved by a nail and screw holder, the essence of which lies in the fact that it is formed by a flexible band bent into a horseshoe, which has rigid jaws at the ends, the parallel inner walls of which are provided with guide grooves for holding nails or screws when the jaws are clamped, while the jaws are provided with reinforcing and protective ribs on their outer side.

Příklady uskutečnění technického řešeníExamples of implementing a technical solution

Přidržovač hřebíků a vrutů znázorněný na obr. 1 až 4 je zhotoven jako výlisek z plastické hmoty. Je tvořen pružným pásem ]_ ohnutým do podkovy. Na koncích pružný pás 1 pokračuje tuhými čelistmi 2, jejichž vnitřní stěny jsou rovnoběžné. Vnitřní stěny čelistí 2 jsou opatřeny řadou rovnoběžných vodicích drážek 3 ve tvaru válcových úsečí. Poloměr vodicích drážek 3 je odstupňován. Čelisti 2 jsou na své vnější straně opatřeny výztužnými a ochrannými žebry 4. Před nastavením hřebíku nebo vrutu do žádoucí polohy je hřebík nebo vrut sevřen čelistmi 2 mezi dvěma protilehlými drážkami 3 s odpovídajícím poloměrem a následně zaveden prostřednictvím přidržovače do zvolené polohy. Uživatel při tom může uchopit přidržovač mezi palcem a ukazovákem s výhodou v oblasti čelistí 2, tj. pod výztužnými a ochrannými žebry, přičemž výztužná a ochranná žebra 4 chrání prsty před případným úderem kladiva nebo poraněním vrtačkou.The nail and screw holder shown in Fig. 1 to 4 is made as a molded plastic. The inner walls of the jaws 2 are provided with a series of parallel guide grooves 3 in the shape of cylindrical segments. The radius of the guide grooves 3 is graduated. The jaws 2 are provided with reinforcing and protective ribs 4 on their outer side. Before setting the nail or screw to the desired position, the nail or screw is clamped by the jaws 2 between two opposing grooves 3 with a corresponding radius and subsequently introduced by means of the holder into the selected position. The user can grasp the holder between the thumb and index finger, preferably in the area of the jaws 2, i.e. under the reinforcing and protective ribs, whereby the reinforcing and protective ribs 4 protect the fingers from possible hammer blows or injury from a drill.

Claims

1. A nail and screw holder, characterized in that it is formed by a flexible band (1) bent into a horseshoe shape, which has rigid jaws (2) at the ends, the parallel inner walls of which are provided with 5 guide grooves (3) for holding nails or screws when the jaws (2) are clamped, while the jaws (2) are provided with reinforcing and protective ribs (4) on their outer side.
