Abstract
Způsob výroby tvarovaného titanosilikátového katalyzátoru spočívá v tom, že se 250 až 350 hmotn. dílů křemičitého solu obsahujícího 25 až 40 % hmotn. SiO.sub.2.n.stabilizovaného amoniakem smíchá se 150 až 250 hmotn. díly titanosilikátu. Pak se přidá 15 až 20 hmotn. dílů chloridu amonného jako gelačního činidla a 35 až 55 hmotn. dílů polyethylenglykol o molekulové hmotnosti 400 g/mol jako plastifikátoru. Pak se směs homogenizuje, tvaruje, suší a kalcinuje.The process for producing the molded titanosilicate catalyst is based on a 250 to 350 wt. % of a silica sol containing 25 to 40 wt. With SiO 2 stabilized with ammonia is mixed with 150 to 250 wt. titanium silicate. Then 15 to 20 wt. parts of ammonium chloride as gelling agent and 35 to 55 wt. parts of polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 400 g / mol as plasticizer. The mixture is then homogenized, shaped, dried and calcined.
