Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά μία μέθοδο για την επεξεργασία αμιαντούχων απορριμμάτων χάλυβα σε χρήσιμα προϊόντα, τα οποία προϊόντα μπορούν να επεξεργαστούν με ασφαλή τρόπο. Σύμφωνα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση τα αμιαντούχα απορρίμματα χάλυβα τήκονται σε φούρνο, ο οποίος οδηγεί σε καταστροφή των ινών αμιάντου. Έχει βρεθεί ότι είναι δυνατόν να πραγματοποιηθεί μια τέτοια διαδικασία με οικονομικά εφικτό τρόπο. Σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση τα αμιαντούχα απορρίμματα χάλυβα θερμαίνονται σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία, έτσι ώστε ο χάλυβας να λιώσει. Ως αποτέλεσμα ο αμίαντος θα μετατραπεί σε αβλαβείς υλικό, το οποίο επιτρέπει τον ασφαλή χειρισμό και την επεξεργασία των προκυπτόντων προϊόντων.
