Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει μία διάταξη διασποράς συνεχούς ροής για την διασπορά κυτταρικών συσσωματωμάτων, περιλαμβάνουσα η διάταξη έναν πρώτο ή ανάντη φραγμό εισόδου και έναν δεύτερο ή κατάντη φραγμό εξόδου, έχοντας έκαστος φραγμός μία τουλάχιστον διαμπερή οπή, όπου δεν υφίσταται κανένα σύνολο δύο οπών σε ευθυγράμμιση. Μεταξύ των δύο φραγμών βρίσκεται ένας θάλαμος στροβιλισμού, κατά τρόπον που, όταν ένα κυτταρικό εναιώρημα διέρχεται, δια μέσου των οπών εισόδου, εντός του θαλάμου και εν συνεχεία εξέρχεται από τον δεύτερο φραγμό, ο στροβιλισμός εντός του θαλάμου να διασπά και να διασπείρει τα κυτταρικά συσσωματώματα. Η διάταξη προαιρετικά μπορεί να έχει περισσότερους των δύο φραγμών και θαλάμων στροβιλισμού και πολλαπλές μονάδες μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν σε σειρά για την αύξηση της ποσότητας στροβιλισμού και του χρόνου που εφαρμόζεται σε έναν όγκο κυττάρων.
