Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια εξαιρετικά απλή μέθοδο για την in vitro παραγωγή τρισδιάστατου, ζωτικού και μηχανικώς σταθερού χόνδρινου ή οστικού ιστού και την χρήση αυτών ως υλικού μεταμόσχευσης στην θεραπευτική αγωγή ατελειών χόνδρου ή οστού και εκφυλιστικών διαταραχών, όπως π.χ., ρευματισμού ή άρθρωσης, επιπλέον της χρήσης αυτών στην εξέταση δραστικών ουσιών και φυσικών παραγόντων. Το αντικείμενο της εφεύρεσης είναι επίσης χόνδρινος ή οστικός ιστός που παράγεται με τον τρόπο αυτό και θεραπευτικά παρασκευάσματα, π.χ., διαλύματα ένεσης που περιέχουν τον εν λόγω ιστό.
