Abstract

The compounds of Formula I and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful in inhibiting HIV reverse transcriptase, prophylaxis and treatment of HIV infection and prophylaxis, delaying the onset or progression, and treatment of AIDS. The compounds and their salts may be used as ingredients in pharmaceutical compositions, possibly in combination with other antiviral agents, immunomodulators, antibiotics or vaccines.
