Abstract
Τα (R) και (S) 2-Αρυλ-προπιονικά οξέα, και οι φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις που τα περιέχουν, είναι χρήσιμα στην αναστολή χημειοτακτικής ενεργοποίησης ουδετερόφιλων (ΡΜΝ λευκοκυττάρων) που διεγείρεται από την αλληλεπίδραση της Ιντερλευκίνης-8 (IL-8) με τους CXCR1 και CXCR2 υποδοχείς μεμβράνης. Τα οξέα χρησιμοποιούνται για την πρόληψη και θεραπεία παθολογιών που προέρχονται από την αναφερθείσα ενεργοποίηση.
